Academic and Administrative Audit
At GEMS Polytechnic College, the academic audit is a systematic and comprehensive evaluation process designed to uphold our commitment to excellence in technical education. This process involves a meticulous review of our academic programs, teaching methodologies, and overall institutional performance. The goal is to ensure that we not only meet but exceed industry standards, providing our students with a transformative educational experience.
Major objectives of Academic and Administrative Audit

To understand the existing system and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Departments and Administrative Units and to suggest the methods for improvement and for overcoming the weaknesses.

To identify the bottlenecks in the existing administrative mechanisms and to identify the opportunities for academic reforms, administrative reforms, and examination reforms, etc.

To evaluate the optimum utilization of financial and other resources.

To suggest the methods for continuous improvement of quality keeping in mind criteria and reports by NBA and other bodies.
Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
The IQAC should meet at least once every quarter. The minimum number for the meeting shall be two-third of the total number of members. The agenda, minutes, and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained electronically in a retrievable format.
