Vision:

To enrich the knowledge of faculty members in all aspects like life skills, time management, knowledge enhancement, professional development, technical skills, and in particular outcome-based education.

FDC OBJECTIVES:

​

• To provide a centralized service for faculty members to support their teaching/learning and research.

• To provide professional development opportunities, including leadership which helps in organizational development.

• To incorporate the effective use of technology.

• To reflect an awareness of the variety in faculty growth and development and offers comprehensive, on-going, developmental, and flexible support programs.

• To identify the training needs of the faculty members and coordinating the training arrangements, in consultation with the departments.

• To help the faculty adapting to present outcome-based education and improve their teaching strategies to accomplish their duties with effective time management skills. 

• To meet the present curriculum which is student’s centric, more preference is focused on outcome-based pedagogic training.
